The Technology of Love, Part 1: A New Framework for an Ancient Force:

Love is not just an emotion. It's not vague or mystical, or something that 'just happens' when the stars align. Love, in its highest form, is a system---structured, dynamic, and alive. That's why we call it a technology.

Technology at its core, means applied knowledge. It's a way of using understanding to create predictable, meaningful results. When we treat love as a technology, we move beyond luck, longing, or passive hope. We step into the realm of intention, design, and conscious participation We learn how love actually works---its energy, its structure, its consequences. And with that knowledge, we can build marriages, families, organizations, and lives that thrive.

The Technology of Love, first articulated by my brother Charles E. Hansen, maps the forces behind human connection: the vectors of energy, the intent to please, the causal and effectual mechanics that govern all loving systems. It gives us a way to repair what's broken, to align what's out of sync, and to cultivate love that endures---not by chance but by choice.

In Blog post #2, we'll begin exploring key components of this system, the effects of love
